Tasting
For tasting, it’s essential to serve the yuzu super cold at 4ºC or with an ice cube. It can be served in a white wine glass or a regular glass. Before tasting the yuzu, it’s recommended to smell it to appreciate its natural citrus scent, as our yuzu fruit grows naturally in the foothills of the Chichibu mountains. Then proceed to take the first sip, where you can appreciate the yuzu juice at its best. Misaki Yuzu Smooth contains a Junmai sake, which belongs to the same brewery and has only 8% alcohol content.
