Adelmann Weissburgunder

The Pinot Blanc is grown on light, gravelly soil, making it rather subtle and fresh; the acidity is well integrated; fullness and structure are well-balanced.

88° Oechsle. Cold fermentation (spontaneous) at 17 degrees over several weeks. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness; gentle filtration with diatomaceous earth.

Bright green-gold in the glass, with a bouquet of ripe yellow fruits and peppery mineral notes on the nose. Pear and mirabelle plum on the palate, fresh and gripping. A wonderful accompaniment to salmon, asparagus, quiche, or veal. A Wiener schnitzel always goes well!
