Adelmann Riesling

Riesling has always been one of the most important white wine varieties in Württemberg. Not as high in acidity as in other growing regions, but usually endowed with a pronounced minerality and crisp fruit.

88° Oechsle. Cold fermentation at 14 to 16 degrees for several weeks, then aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit; gentle filtration.

Light green-gold in the glass. Fruity, youthful, fresh bouquet on the nose with notes of mirabelle plum, white pepper, and citrus. Delicately mineral. Juicy and fresh on the palate with perfect acidity and hints of yellow fruit and gooseberries.

Pairs well with young Parmesan, fish terrine, roast veal, smoked trout, or smoked ham.
