Adelmann Muskateller VDP.ORTSWEIN

Muskateller is one of the oldest grape varieties in existence. It was brought to Europe by the Phoenicians over 4,000 years ago.

95° Oechsle. The healthy grapes were taken directly to the press and gently pressed as whole grapes using low pressure. This was followed by cold fermentation at a maximum temperature of 16°C over two weeks. The young wine was aged in stainless steel containers to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Light green in the glass. Fresh bouquet with hints of elderflower, apples, and young pineapple. Aromas of lychee, melon, and mango on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif and with desserts that are not too sweet.
