Adelmann Muskateller Sekt

Our classic for 20 years! One of the oldest varieties in existence, it can be traced back 4,000 years to Egypt and was brought to Europe by the Phoenicians. In Germany, the variety has been documented since the Middle Ages. It places the highest demands on the location. Location of the vineyard: steep slope in Kleinbottwar. This ensures high quality of the grape must.

83° Oechsle. The healthy grapes (harvested relatively early in September) were taken directly to the press and gently pressed as whole grapes with low pressure. This was followed by cold fermentation at max. 16° for two weeks. The young wine was aged in stainless steel containers to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. This was followed by a second fermentation (sparkling wine production) over 9 months. Bottle fermentation.

Bright green in the glass. Fresh bouquet with hints of grapefruit, gooseberries, lychee, and flowering elderberry. Fruity and fresh on the palate with aromas of lychee and melon, delicately nutty on the finish. A very distinctive sparkling wine with distinct freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif and with desserts that are not too sweet.
