Adelmann Merlot

The best locations with brittle soils have been producing an enchanting variety for us for over 40 years. The vines are trained using single stakes or flat arches (4-7 buds per m²).

90° Oechsle. Classic maceration for 2 weeks, malolactic fermentation, aged in barriques for 14 months. Medium garnet in the glass. On the nose, aromas of cherries, blood orange, and berries. Peppery on the palate, pomegranate, slightly smoky, balanced, long finish.

Ideal with lamb shank with Provençal spices, roast goose, and raw milk cheese.
