Adelmann DAS LIED VON DER ERDE - Riesling GG
“Kleinbottwarer Süssmund” has been known as the winery's monopoly vineyard for around 400 years and has always been considered one of the best vineyards in Württemberg. Area approx. 6 hectares, vines up to 50 years old.
95° Oechsle. Fermentation (spontaneous) in stainless steel tanks to emphasize fruit and freshness.
Golden in the glass. Subtly mineral on the nose with hints of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum, apricot, citrus fruits, and thyme. Juicy and salty-mineral on the palate, with a finish of vineyard peach and ripe pineapple.
A delight with seafood, steamed fish, or Parmesan, for example.
