Adelmann Lemberger

Lemberger is one of the most popular grape varieties in Württemberg. Its balance between richness and elegance makes it the most important red variety in our region. This VDP estate wine is a delicious introduction to our Lemberger collection – and already demonstrates the potential of this grape variety.

85° Oechsle, classic maceration for two weeks, malolactic fermentation, aged in 640-liter wooden barrels and 225-liter barriques in second and third use, gently filtered and bottled.

Garnet color, peppery in the glass. Aroma of wild cherries, wild strawberries, and herbs, with earthy notes. Cherry and blackberry on the palate, hearty, crystal clear, very lively to drink.

Ideal with game, roast pork, smoked meat, and Saint Nectaire cheese.
