Adelmann Grüner Veltliner VDP.ORTSWEIN
Known as Austria's most important white wine variety, the history of these vines at Burg Schaubeck dates back to 1740. Even then, some areas were planted with this chance cross between St. Georgen and Traminer.
90° Oechsle, cold fermented (spontaneously) at 17° in stainless steel containers to emphasize fruit and freshness.
Green-gold in the glass. Delicate floral aroma on the nose, mirabelle plum and pear, as well as a hint of saffron. Wonderfully balanced on the palate with peppery notes and a fresh but restrained acidity.
A dream with asparagus, poultry, steamed fish, or on a warm spring afternoon!
