Adelmann Brüssele Rosé
Rosé is often consumed somewhat arbitrarily and without much attention. There's nothing wrong with that, but it can do so much more—if you let it! We like to leave it on the mash for a few hours longer, extracting not only more color but also more aromas. Try it as an accompaniment to food!
87° Oechsle. Aged in stainless steel to emphasize fruit and freshness. A rich salmon color in the glass. A spicy, fruity bouquet of red currants, cherries, and caramel on the nose. Juicy and fresh on the palate with hints of strawberry and currants.
A serious rosé with great potential as a food pairing: Pairs well with asparagus, melon with air-dried ham, liver pâté, cream cheese, and steamed river fish. An uncomplicated summer wine!
